Haan diwali holidays hai. Courts are closed from Nov 1st to 6th this year. But inka dusshera late hua and diwali thoda jaldi dikhayenge coz during diwali people won't be watching show. Celebrate karte honge. And tejo said she will file domestic violence case etc. Lawyer ne marriage certificate legal hai bola hai so now she is going legally. Dimaag hi use kar rahi hai. Sabak sikhayegi raavan ko.

Arey Courts have lots of holidays. They have proper summer vacation and diwali holidays for 3 weeks almost. Atleast the civil and family courts. Not sure about Criminal Court
