Aryan was in California in 2020… weed is legal there… hell there is an alleged picture of him with a bong in Cabos… where it’s legal…

It’s been 3 weeks and ncb is YET to provide any concrete proof in the court….

Will use words like drugs, nexus m, deep web, Bitcoins in PR articles but will prove 🥚 in actual court, where they will only insist on charging him with the rest of people, not as an individual…

NCB no need to prove that he is drug addict. He himself agreed .. it is other charges that has to be proved by NCB or other in court...

Sweetie that’s not anonymous source, that’s NCBs own lawyer in court… that info is publicly available in official court proceeding records

I think you might be following the wrong case… there were no drugs on him, his tests were clear.. any confession extorted by agencies without the presence of a lawyer are not applicable in courts…. And if he was a user of legal weed in California, that’s not a crime in india
