Not yet but they've given enough hints to give an idea. Imo, they're doing a pretty good job with the build up to reveal of his profession. I've thoroughly enjoyed the recent scenes they've given us of Pritam-Nitin-Monty

Today, how did Navin escape? Did they show him running away from the party? I missed to note i think.

Yeah he ran away with his friends after someone called and told one of his friends about the raid.
