100% agree ye adults hai... I made that post for people who still live in a world where 23 yr old Adult is a chotta bachchaa.
China law makes sense for Children I would say under 14 or max 16. If Parents are well do enough to give birth they should be responsible enough for their upbringing upto a point. Above 18 is an adult and should be personally responsible.
