It was not compliment.

After she got her cloths, he said that 2 days tumhari kamar dekh ke din chala ja tha, ab woh cover ho gai hai.

She replied something and he said you can "Google Karan Kundra" (I am playboy something like that he meant)

A lot of people in the house called her kamar. While Karan is wrong why is she singling out his kamar comment only?

As a girl, if I say yes, it's very much possible that she felt uncomfortable but then why didn't she tell him off then & there?
