What's stopping SRK from approaching higher courts?

Aryan Khan's bail plea has been rejected for the fourth time today. This despite no drugs being found on him. It's clearly a witch-hunt against SRK because NCB literally has no basis, but is using loopholes in the law to harass an innocent citizen. He has spent over 3 weeks in jail now for no crime of his. Imagine the adverse effect this would have on a young person who is just starting his life.

I am not surprised by the BJP's vendetta, because they have previously harassed Rhea Chakraborty, and countless other students and activists. What I am surprised by is SRK's timid response. Does all his power account for nothing in Modi's India? What is the point of his stardom if he cannot protect his own kids? Should someone like him even want to live in India after this prolonged harassment of his family? Many countries abroad would gladly have him and his family as citizens if he wishes to. It would be India's loss if that happens, losing an honest citizen who is counted to be amongst the highest taxpayers of the country.

Should Aryan be let off just because he is SRK’s son: No

BJP vendetta: Great imagination but doesn’t explain why BJP’s minister son is in jail too.

Fot one, it took them enough time and proof to put him behind the bars. Two, these 2 koude ke politicians are very much capable of throwing their own under the bus as a bait for catching bigger fish. Don’t tellme you have never seen it happening.

That’s your opinion, not mine. I would prefer to be a rationalist than being filmy about power struggles.

Also won’t jump on conclusions for either Aryan Khan or Minister’s son and label them accused just because they are summoned.

It's scary imo because this party is showing more and more aspects of an authoritarian government.

I recommend watching the Netflix documentary "How To Become a Tyrant" to see similarities between those rulers and the current one.

He has a strong persona, he has symbolism and is a master in communication.

They also have scapegoats and know how to divert people's attention toward a certain group.

Now they are arbitrarily attacking a huge figure of the country who embodies this minority group, the opposition and everything that's not in accordance to their ideology.

He might not have arrived in power thanks to a coup but one has to wait and see to know what the future will have in store.

I just want to point out that this arrest took place well after public outrage and coverage bu y international media. It wouldn't be the first time that someone is being asked to sacrifice a little for the greater cause (here the party legitimacy).

To know if they will really be fair to the victims, one will have to wait for the verdict.
