I think Raghav is still going with Esha's sob story - He is being setup and Esha is emotionally manipulating him. And after Esha told her sob story he kind of made peace with her moving away and the betrayal. Now she is someone he knew before and when she is in obvious danger he will help her for sure. I don't know how or when Raghav will understand that this might be a setup.
