Every SC lawyer is saying the bail plea shouldn’t have been postponed for 6 days, They could have gone to vacation judge today but the fact remains they delayed it deliberately
People mocking the word Liberty when it is a part of Preamble of Indian constitution, its Aryan so every blood thirsty sadist is gloating that he gets to live the life of prison but what about the common man? This kind of practice if normal should be discouraged, how can anyone support the delay of justice by loopholes? They eventually violated his right to personal liberty

I am yet to come across a viewpoint from lawyers in support of NCB

You know I really loved this country, people may mock all this but at every point of my life, I have felt that politicians may fu*k us but our constitution and judiciary will protect us. I don’t have faith in justice system anymore, its not about Aryan because I know he’ll be out one day and his father is rich enough to give him a comfortable life, even if Aryan is a drug lord and supplier of Drugs in India, I accept he is the one who sent 3000kg drug to Adani port but the point is that ASG is late for every hearing and they have tried everything they could to delay the order

The deliberate attempt to mix cases like foreign nationalist being contact of some other person whose bail application wasn’t even on table today, but ASG spoke about him and involving MEA for it to create pressure on judge that dude has nothing to do with Aryan

I love India with all my heart but the current govt is corrupt to the core....aaj ek aur achievement....India ranks below 100 in hunger index...something like that....now who going to be the next victim they will frame to take care of this achievement??
