Chapter 2

Shiva was extremely restless , this dobi wasn't home yet and it was almost 3.

She is known as museebat magnet for a reason, what if she is in some trouble he thought.

It was around 5:30 and the sun marked its presence, this was the most beautiful sight she had ever seen. All night she sat there introspecting her plan of action. She decided to talk to Shiva and take back the divorce

She reaches back home around 6 , to find everyone sitting in the angaan unbothered of her absence or presence

“Aagayi Markundi gay, Raat bhar kahan thi?” asked Suman

“Chal khana kha le Raavi” dhara said

“Mujhe bhook nahi hai aap log kha lijiye” saying so she was about to leave to their room

“Ayy ruk! Kahan ja rahi hai tu huh?” screamed suman

“Yeh kamra ab tera nahi hai , nayi ladki ayegi , meri nahi bahu. Uska kamra hai woh.

Apna sara saaman leke bahar rakh” She added .

She just simply nodded and left to take her thing.

Shiva on the other hand felt responsible for her life becoming like this. Everyone in this family adored her until he fukced up and ruined everything. He was going to free her from this unhappy marriage he thought.

Raavi moved her clothes from his room to the store room behind the house.

Determined to talk to shiva she walks to the store knowing that he will be alone.

Shiva saw her coming from a distance and wondered if he was daydreaming again , he came out of his trance as she snaps her finger at him

“Shiva mujhe tujhse baat karni hai” she said softly

“Kya baat karni hai tujhe?” he responded trying to look nonchalant

“Humare rishte ke baare mein Shiva”

Today mornings event flashes against his eyes and insecurities flare up

“Koi rishta nahi hai humara samjhi , ek do hafte mein humara divorce ho jayega fir tu bhi azad aur mein bhi” he said rudely

“Lekin Shiv-”

“Bas bohot bakwaas bak liya aaj ke liye , ab ja yahan se. Mujhe tujhse koi baat nahi karni aur yeh bey fazool ka natak maat karna , Humara koi mel nahi hai “ he spat more of his venom

Tired and hurt by his behaviour she stomps her foot and walks out of the store

“Samjtha kya hai woh bandar khud ko, bohot udd raha hai yeh. “

“Kitne ache se mein usse baat kar rahi thi , lekin nahi usse toh bas saand ki tarah khada hona hai” she frowned

“Ab tu dekh Shiva Pandya, ab pata chalega tujhe ki Raavi Shiva Pandya kya cheez hai” she said with a smirk

She let things be the same till their divorce. Neither did she disturb him nor did she try to have conversations with him. If he wanted her to stay away then so be it. A little while away for a lifetime of commitment? she is always ready for it.

Present

“Are you both sure you want to get divorced” asked the judge

They both share a quick eye lock but Raavi turns away and nods her head

Shiva nods with a broken heart

“What about your alimony Ms. Raavi”

She looks at him before answering

“I dont want any money. But i would want Shiva to find a suitable match for me to marry within a month. I would want both our weddings to take place on the same day” she said

Shiva stood there wondering what on the earth did she just say , Has she lost the last two working braincells she had . He was sure something was up when he realized her maintaining a distance from him, But what she is expecting out of him is horrendous

Him ? To find a guy for her ? He’d probably kill them before they could even meet his Raavi he thought , with possessiveness overpowering his senses
