ASG Singh is playing new tactics, showing WhatApps Chat. Mr. Desai had already argued it cannot be admissible as possession of mobile phones were NOT recorded in Panchanama. Now ASG might argue it was in separate possession item list. Which he can show only TOMORROW.

As any accused when taken in custody must submit all his items and it is usually sealed and placed for safe keeping until he/she gets bail. Usually separate record is maintained for that. But if those items needs to be investigated then they must attach the letter in the panchanama file itself.

Lets see how it goes.

Aryan Khan bail application to be heard tomorrow after 11 am.

Till date we don't know authenticity of those WhatsApp records.

Was it actually from Aryan's phone as claimed by NCB ?

We don't have full factual information for getting deep down into it.

If they in fact got information from Aryan's phone, then may be Aryan never thought he would ever be arrested like this. Who could imagine, Son of Superstar be arrested in his own HOME TOWN, governed by Maharastra Govt. all of whom have good relation with SRK. After akk we all know how Good is SRK's image, be it his humbleness, diplomacy or even image as Bollywood star. Compared to his peers like Salman and Aamir he had lot less personal or professional backlashes or got embroiled in any kind of scandal.

Also regarding WhatsApp chats, those might not be admissible for this bail hearing. As per panchanama there is no mention of phones of Aryan/Arbaaz being confiscated for further investigation. If tomorrow NCB produces that document, then I can't say, but so far what we have seen in today's arguments, that might not be strong evidence to stop bail process.

Lets hope by tomorrow evening this ends.

As judge mentioned he has 4-5 cases ahead of this hearing. So maybe even this case might never get chance of hearing depending upon prior cases.

If I were in SRK's shoes, I would have requested all those prior cases to be postponed by requesting each of those cases lawyers. YES such thing happens in COURT.

Even I got confused about chat part whether it was Aryan or Arbaaz.. was little occupied today so was just glancing casually at LiveLawIndia twitter today..

Yes, he is in not technically in lock up but in quarantine cell .
