If they had sufficient material they wouldn't be making a "prima facie" case. They'd be using some of that material. There comes a point where actual EVIDENCE needs to be introduced and that point should be before an arrest and well before a bail hearing.

It doesn't even matter whether Aryan had drugs with him or not. He is not being framed at all.
