Considering the amount of drugs they all should be eligible for bail after 10 days. Aryan's charges should be dismissed for lack of any evidence. But this is a clown justice system so bail is what is to be hoped for.

They try every shady tric...not giving the duly signed replies for the others is made to hinder the court to treat all accused with the same sentence (bail or acquitted)...no reason given why the SSP had not come (or have I missed something?!) ... maybe he wanted a little extra pay to come to court and didn't get it...

Honestly, if the juge decides to dismiss the conspiracy accusation treating everybody as a single, Aryan should be acquitted and the rest getting bail...

Living in India can make you street smart in ways no other developer nation can… normally people won’t let an official detain for lack of evidence and even possibly shoot a live video if harassed.
