Scandal of a Bad Word

I have since morning read quiet a lot of posts on a bad word uttered by Jay which bothered Pratik to the point he started self harming.

Disclaimer - These are my views and whilst I always welcome differing views and healthy debate, asinine talks will be ignored.

For me I don’t care about bad words, people who live outside of India or even in India who may have watched Hollywood series or movies, or have a liberal mindset know that saying F***K, MF, SOB, and even C***T is not a big deal. There the N word is considered profane as opposed to other words. Secondly, some people swear and some don’t.

Now about this show, Pratiks outrage is very ill placed. He swore and I also heard in OTT as well, and that was fine but when others do it is not? He is here because production house knows he creates drama, because from what I know he hasn’t won anything till now in the few shows that he has participated. Additionally, he only gets offended selectively too. If his mother mattered that much then why not get all hulky when SK reprimanded him? Why only with Jay?

To be honest I don’t see a big deal. His mum his mum - well his mum shouldn’t have sent her precious baby boy to a show where no one is going to pamper him like she does. It’s like those parents who send their tone deaf kids to American Idiol saying they are next Aretha Franklin or Diana Ross when in reality the kid can’t make money singing whilst panhandling. If he is so thin skinned maybe he should get some help and not worry about shows. I also love the narrative that what if someone says a bad word to your mother as a response- well both I and my mother are adults who know that anyone saying anything about us bad or good will not change anything. Have I swore? Yes. Have I been swore at? Also yes. Did it matter? Absolutely not. My emotions are not dependent on others actions and neither are my reactions. Pratik needs to understand that if he wants to go far.

I don’t like him and don’t think I ever will as I find him extremely immature and childish and he believes in winning fights but is not bothered about the war. Boys like that never grow, they try to shine and they fade away. Salman Khan was 100% correct in saying he will hop from show to show.

Also what’s with slapping himself? In my opinion he needs therapy as this reality TV environment is obviously playing havoc with him and he wasn’t strong to begin with in the first place.

He’s overdoing it. Maa ki gaalis are very common everywhere in the world.

Exactly! Someone should watch VEEP that thinks Jay is offensive. Julia Louis Dreyfus even won 7 Emmys for her role and every other word out of her mouth was MF, F, C**T. No one gets triggered - there are lot of unnecessary sensitive people it appears.

Being a north Indian such language is so common. And the abuse is intended for Pratik not his mother. But he putting it on mother.

And why selective outrage why not same reaction when biggie salman said. Than he fell into silence and Apologized.

He is behaving like he is forced into the show and doesn't knew the format. And after so much drama he became normal.

To start off, there was no Maa ki gaali involved this time at all! 4 people testified of it on the live feed yesterday. So Pratik lying through his teeth and dragging in his Mother's name for the sake of sympathy and footage is pure plain disgusting to me.

Secondly Maa / Behan ki gaali, as sad as it may sound are VERY common in BB like you said. Heck this insolent Man Pratik is from Delhi where gaalis are second language, especially among Men! The amount of times he uttered BC gaali to Zeeshan in OTT was terrible. Why didn't he apologize to Zeeshan or cry for Zeeshan's sister if he was as touchy about the subject of Gaalis?

Plain hypocrite.

In other words - He was trying his best to milk the situation out today to gain sympathy and footage for himself. We've seen this Man willing to stoop to any level in first week and in OTT, and that has not changed in him.

Exactly! He is cherry picking now. Where was his outrage and why didn’t he go psycho when Salman said MF to him? There he was a drowned cat but now back to being a vulture?

I just find him revolting - he gives that creepy vibes and he is a tiny man boy who is angry at whole world. Next he will pick some other issue and hurt himself - I wish he does it so that he gets kicked out. Then I can watch this without him and his dramas.

Why am I not surprised that on top of being a bad drama queen the kid is a liar too. I knew it that he is creating fake sympathy as he loves doing that. Best was watching the scenes from OTT and this show and how he has learned nothing - and he Lost OTT 😂😂😂😂😂

He won’t change if anything the longer he stays the obnoxious he will get. Jay needs to understand that if there are barking dogs or rabid dogs around then lot think carefully and not get bothered but I reckon he won’t either unfortunately.

Yes and bullies when bullied are really not a pleasant personality and that's what we are seeing. He bullied and now he is being bullied - its called Karma as far as I am concerned.

Lol 😆 I look at him and when he talks its all bark bark bark, he blinks a lot and yaps and lot. Best is him thinking he is smart but when he is anything but.
