IMO he loves neither of them. Jasso as explained by you, he doesn't love. Just infatuated+ego boost. Tejo it may be attraction/emotional dependency/the fact that she is mahaan and would do anything for him if they were in love. He doesn't even love himself because who tf falls for Jasso if they love themself? Neither does he love his family or dreams which he abandoned for 2 years stalkerly obsession. Moral of the story Fateh loves no one and should die because he's stupid and doesn't have a personality.
