Yup!! It looks like there is envy/jealousy. He seems to love and respect Ani a lot, and probably it hurts him that Bondita was and is very important for Ani. Also Ani kind of distanced himself from everyone in Bondita's absence.

But the way he got angry and his hand started shivering there seems to be some trauma. But again he is an RC toh thoda melodrama iske khoon mein hai🤪 sab ke sab phuski bomb hi hain🤪 or he might be angry that he had to stay away from his family due to dushmani/Bondita. Ani also said on phone ki yaad rakho tum akele nahi ho something🤔 maybe he didn't want to be sent away but was forcibly sent due to safety concerns
