OYY hoi I'd do exactly the same😅😅😅 par navratri so I'm keeping my mouth shut and not expressing my frustration.

Ek baar navratri khatam ho jaye phir list bhar bhar ke gaaliya dungi jasfa ko.

We maharashtrians don't have karva chauth.

We have vatasavitri ,u must have seen in shows u go around banyan tree seven times with a sacred thread and do puja.

We have only half day fast lunch time ka baad aap fast break kar sakte hon.

In Maharashtra we don't have no food no water fast . We eat khichadi (sabudana khichadi)

Banana chips the simple salted plain ones, fruits , chaas, guddaani etc.

We even have a kind of fast rice that looks like kinova and a peanut chutney ka curry.

Our fast is different from the north.

Imagine itna leniency hoke I have trouble keeping my mouth away from food.😂😂😂

Thank god I'm a footballer and martial artist varna main overeating aur obesity sa maar jaati.😅😅😅

OK. Yeah there are too many regional variations. My mom does karwachouth very properly, and dad hates it. Nobody actually used to keep karwachouth fast in my home villages. It's popularized by tv and shows later on.

Waise khane ki kami nahin hoti in cities. There are so many new dishes in markets, and what not.

I think Maharashtra ka sabse lenient hain regarding fast year round maharashtrians have the highest amount of fasts and we have too many things for fast so no complaints 😅😅😅.

I used to fast when I was 3-4 years old 🤣

Karwachouth is... Honestly now a market. Like everything is too commercialised and in this system it makes sense but there's a thing called too much. Both men and women have become toxic. A guy we know got mad at his wife because she didn't keep karwachouth because her doctor told her not to, some pregnancy risks. There are women who get mad because the gifts their husband gave them wasn't pricey enough.

And I hate it, because this is the day my parents ALWAYS fight. For one reason or other... Like 364 days they're that perfect happy couple and iss din inka dimag kharab ho jata hai. Hunger brings out the worst

Karwachouth is literally once in a blue moon thing. Everyone loses their shit.

Tho I guess practice makes you perfect. I've a friend who's Muslim... That mf*cker kept proper rojas, while he's on covid duty. I can't even begin to comprehend...
