Papa Virk doesn't want divorce to happen as Fateh will realise his mistakes. So what? Tejo is a strong woman, otherwise she would have completely broken down finding that her husband is involved with her sister. Papa Virk is still thinking about his son. Tejo deserves much, much better.

Yes, but papa viek realised his mistake in the last episode. And if you think of it from parents POV, then he is of the older generation, and also from a small town, so it is obvious he will want to anyhow save his daughters home.

I think, this was shown realistically by the makers. Parents from the previous generation have a different idea of home and family, just because of their thinking.

He is pondering about it which is a good think. Hope his shayad turns into something concrete for Tejo. I agree that it is realistic. I was disappointed with what he said in the court because he is most vocal of his family to support Tejo against Fateh. Rest are somewhere going light on Fateh. Fateh hasn't just made a mistake, he has committed a sin.

He had always supported tejo and even now he is doing the same. Even though fateh cheated on tejo, she still loves him, and somewhere she probably wants him too, cause you can't just turn off your feelings. So, I feel Papa virk is thinking from that perspective as well.

And even though he supports tejo, fateh is also good soon, and he like any parent, he wants to avoid his son getting hurt by jasmine. Even if the soon is to stupid to realise it.

Fateh made a big mistake, but as I have posted else where in the forum as well, tejo is not blameless either.

She should have thought twice before pushing fateh into forgiving jasmine and repeatedly making him meet gippy. Fateh barely had a few weeks to move on before jasmine made a comeback. You don't need to be a psychology professor to realise that that's not enough time to move on.

I feel fateh's real mistake was showing that he had moved on when that was not true, and giving false hopes to tejo. Indirectly, he confessed to tejo during the night out and then went to jasmine. That was his real mistake. Has fateh not confessed and shown tempo the reality that he was unable to move on, it would have hurt tejo less.
