There's this show called YHC which is so popular online & TRP wise, that show has both actors as newbies. And that's the only example. Woh credit kisko jaata hai?😆

Itne online fans hai only Shaheer ke..ki woh apne co-stars ko daan dete hai apne followers...then how come Kuch Rang is not number 1 in online TRP? Offline TRP ki baat karu toh beizatti ho jayegi.

No actor/actress is above the script or show. Whether they have fans or not... doesn't matter. Sab phuss ho jata hai after two weeks.

ITV is not like a BW movie where things work coz of star power. TV shows are more difficult coz here it isn't a 3 hours running movie. Here the script matters more than the actors. Kuch Rang season 3 ki haalat dekh kar bhi actor ke star power ko boast kaise kar lete hai?!

But as I said Male actor fans are like that only. They think everything works coz of their hero. Blame bhi le lena chahiye then...his previous SP show was axed right? Maybe it's coz of the male lead only.

I just saw...none of them were much popular among the neutral audience maybe. Pehli baar suna hai Salim Anarkali.

He seems to be quite old and experienced in the industry...range acha hai from the list mentioned.

Not only Erica's character graph is going downwards even dev's character is shown as dumb inspite of being ceo and 40+. Atleast sonakshi is speaking up, trying to keep Sanjana away be there for her kids but dev usko toh ek idiot dumb ke tarah dikha rahe hai. Is this the same s1 wala dev no he knows it but still he is doing the show because there are many actors for whom the show comes first.

Erica got sympathy, online hype, first time ever a trend related to her crossed 60k+ tweets but shaheer is to be blamed just for doing his work? And regarding his hair, even I hated it, I wanted to smack him for doing this but the fact is even if he keeps his hair short, storyline toh waise bhi pukeworthy hai and its not gonna get trp above 0.3.

Not just male actor fans. Female actor fans are also like that as far as Indian TV fans are concerned. I have seen so many big FDs give all the credit to the actress just because she is the most popular one of the two. They don't realise that even Amitabh Bachchan doesn't get TRP on TV (KBC this time is under performing). So forget these other actors

I'm talking about online buzz jo milta hai ek actor after getting casted opposite a poplar actor. Krpkab is prime example ki online hype hone se TV trps nhi milte hai.

Ekta casted two popular actors for reboot of kzk but did it work? It didn't get the desired trps though it had online hype. But as soon as hina entered trps went up because she has online as well as offline popularity. Also ekta wanted sharica to be anurag prerna but shaheer rejected the offer.

Yhc storline was very good initially, it had good buzz online and offline also it had good trp considering it is airing at 10.30 slot but post anupama it started to get blockbuster trps because those who watch anupama are watching yhc as well. So it gets support from anupama audience. Ya regarding actors they both are very good and in spite of their show being the number one balaji show right one the actors aren't getting the recognition from ph so I feel bad otherwise even they have a good fan base.

A show's success ultimately boils down to TRP. Only an actor's success sorta depends on the online fanbase because awards and stuff (but even that's rigged lmao). What bugged me is crediting Rhea's success to Shaheer & his fans - she must've done something eye catching too, right? Itna toh Shaheer bhi nahi itraata hoga apne fame ke baare mein😆

SP strategically placed YHC so that it garners more TRP than it achieved. My friends say EK doesn't even give a shit about that show. So EK also doesn't get the credit😆 It's all about story & how pleasing the actors are...

Beyhadh franchise is huge on social media, it has enormous buzz. Did BH2 get enough TRP to keep Sony convinced to let it run post covid break? No, not even the online hype could save it. (I'm still salty about that lol, but who cares about online fans?)

Basically the success of a show does not depend on the actor & fans toh ban hi jaate hai if you do your job well enough.

Yeah he is one of the popular actors on Indian TV who has worked for many years like Jennifer, Harshad etc. They do have big FDs online and are quite popular but that doesn't mean they can make shows work on their own. No one can 😆

Yeah buddy that's what I'm saying that yrhpk and it's actors were recognised by ppl because shaheer was part of it. It got hype because shaheer was the ml, same with the case of Harshad and guarav. These actors help show and costars to get online hype but storyline achi hogi toh hi show hit hoga. Like yrhpk had horrible storyline after lockdown and it's timing had changed so it's trps were affected and they shut it. Likewise if yrkkh doesn't get desired rating they will shut it doubt it would happen but online buzz mil gaya new generation ko.
