I don’t know that I’m ready to say all the NCB and courts are corrupt and someone tried really hard to set up Aryan Khan - if they had wanted to really set him up I think they would have tried to plant drugs. I do think this looks like either soft setting him up (in a way he will get out of pretty easily) to distract or seizing on an unexpected opportunity to distract from all the things ‘They’ want to distract the public from. I guess I agree with that video of Anurag Kashyap JustWatching posted, I think this is mainly about distracting.
Here I may sound like a giant conspiracy nut but I wonder whether SRK has been told stay quiet and don’t make a fuss and this will all go away quickly, but if you make too much trouble, we will find more evidence and your son will stay in jail. Else why wouldn’t he be on every friendly channel screaming my son is innocent, the NCB has said in court no drugs, nothing in his blood test, he needs to come home right now, if this can happen to my son what can happen to yours? It makes no sense to me for SRK not to be using his power with the public to sway opinion in Aryan’s favor. If India has truly reached a place where SRK can’t defend his son’s reputation openly without risking false imprisonment then … ugh I don’t even want to finish that thought.
I think NCB is not as smart as you think. They had a BJP worker and a stupid-ass private detective going on raids with them and the man was so impressed by Aryan that he was taking selfies with him. Not only that, they had these people going in and out of the NCB office before it started too. They are not the sharpest tools in the shed that they could have come up with a foolproof plan to plant drugs. I personally think they got no drugs on the ship at all (and didn't have anything on hand when they found Aryan). Those alleged drugs recovered were photographed in their own office, not on the ship.
They got a tip-off that Aryan was going on the ship and ran there like a pack of clowns. They were convinced in their own heads that they will find something and jackpot because obviously a rich kid will of course be having and doing drugs on a cruise party. They are so stupid that they didn't even wait to let Aryan board and see if he actually buys or smokes something there.
They got egg on their face and just don't want to give up so now they plant new crazy stories in the media everyday and then go to court and end up having to admit they had nothing. They scare the sanskari middle-class by planting stories about "the dark web" and "bitcoin" and "international trafficking" and their bosses are happy.
They are evil but incompetent. In that sense, they remind me of Trump. If Trump was actually smart, he could have done a hundred times more damage.
As for SRK not swaying public opinion, I don't think he has a choice right now. It would antagonize the NCBJP who have all the power in their hand right now. Even their lawyers said nothing about that travesty of a raid with private people involved in it. Whatever he wants to do will have to wait until Aryan comes home.
