not a pratik fan but i know he is capable of being less annoying. Agreed. But the fact that he can be less annoying - when he so chooses, is also what I have beef with. Because he’s only calm and nice and somewhat reasonable when uska fayda ho - I.e. when he’s captain, for instance.

Shammo is on point re his self-obsessed selfishness. And normally, I wouldn’t care - it’s a personality trait like any other - but iske iss chakkar mein he destroys tasks and spoils my viewing experience. So mujhe toh issue hoga boss.

And from all accounts - it seems that Sallu was quite calm and subtle with his criticism. Aside from the gaali - but I don’t think that was a gaali to Pratik or his mum in any case.

Regardless - I’d feel bad if he’d been bashed for something he wasn’t at fault for - or excessively. Since that’s not the case, the tears don’t work on me. Particularly given I thought he got off quite easy given all the shit he did this week.

Instead of feeling sorry for himself - he should consider what he’s been told and use it to fix his approach IMO.

There is no double meaning of a host swearing at a contestant and demeaning him by using a MC gaali, knowing that the contestant cannot do shit. It’s literally abusing his power. yeah, he turns into an entirely different person, then. you are right about him and nikki's comparison - not only are they similar when it comes to wanting to be the center of attention at all times, but they are also similar in their selfishness and only being happy when things are going their way. nikki bhi har cheez rok k rakhti thi until she got what she wanted. same with him - ye tasks rad kar deta hai and task wali property bhi destroy kar deta hai when things aren't going in his favor. he's very much a man-child who only knows how to throw tantrums
