It is possible, cryptic pregnancy.

Cryptic pregnancy is the phenomenon whereby women do not become consciously aware of their pregnancy until the last weeks of gestation or in some cases until they give birth.

Just like how it's possible for a woman to not be pregnant but have all the signs of pregnancy even have a growing belly and go into labor but not birth a baby. It's called false pregnancy.

False pregnancy, clinically termed pseudocyesis, is the belief that you are expecting a baby when you are not really carrying a child. People with pseudocyesis have many, if not all, symptoms of pregnancy -- with the exception of an actual fetus

So here is a fan of the early YHM Raman and Ishita days... I really like this idea you are exploring in this story. So instead of Shagun being the cheater, it is Raman. I wonder what trajectory you have in store for him. What made Ishita so eager to just leave everything behind? I always thought she would be the sort to stay and fight rather than run away so here too I wonder what motivations or backstory you have that makes her do this.
