It is interesting on the law part. I should have been more clearer- let me start with, so is there no legal action against a crime like this? Is there no law that protects consent?

Indian law mein rape is defined as a forceful act done by a male on a female. There's not 'male rape' hence no law against it. They'll be convicted using some other sections I guess but not rape.

Sexual abuse or rape laws are not gender neutral in India. Only a women get raped concept

Sexual abuse of juvenile is only gender neutral. ( both boys & girls can file cas)

In UK & other countries it is gender neutral and that’s why overseas audience can easily get connected to concept of rape .. nim also stated like this as date rape or anything…
