Kuch pal sukoon ke

Ok phew, a lot happened in this epi😆.....well atleast more than I was expecting, so we'll take it in sections.....

First up was the date.....after getting the gross bojh out of the way (thank you, Rupi di), Adi recalled all of Sundar's advice and jumped into transitioning to the date with gusto😆.

I didn't know how the transition would work exactly but they really did make it work quite sweetly😆.....Adi trying to make small talk initially by complimenting Imlie ki bahut achhi lag rahi ho😆......then thoda aur soch ke bola ki hum tumhein kahin le jaana chahte hain😆, phir on the spot idea aaya imaginary bike ka and kar di start "bike"😆....Imlie initially was looking at him like WTF😆.....but then she finally gave in seeing how earnestly "method" he was trying to be about the whole bike enactment....petrol kharch hone ki bhi duhaai de di😆.....phir jab Imlie aa gayi "bike pe baithne", he's like asli drive pe toh nahin jaa paaye, toh socha aise hi.....aww look at him trying to make do with imagination only😆. Iske baad it was hilarious to see him trying to enact the whole "rhythm" of the bike also jaise sach mein sadak pe chalaa raha hai😆. Phir as expected, isko idea aaya brake lagaane wala to then ask Imlie ki theek se pakad lo peechhe se.....ROFL he was even giving her a demo of how to put her arms around him🤣.....Imlie itna sweetly blush karti hui peechhe se finally put her arms around him and rested her cheek on his back too....bada hi simple/sukoon wala bit tha yeh :)

Finally bike nautanki ended and they reached the imaginary "restaurant"....lol uske baad Adi ne kar li nautanki in trying to play host and waiter both😆.....finally he dropped the act only when he didn't get a word out of Imlie and he's like, "kuch toh bolo na"😆......Imlie ne bol diya ki yeh "restaurant" is sabse alag toh utne mein hi khush hokar Adi ne apne future ke hopes list out karne shuru kar diye.....until Imlie finally turned the convo in a somber way to the fact that you can't just forget the past when it gets linked to your future.

The meat of the convo after this could have touched on many topics....but since they are fresh off the drama that happened in the fake pooja, Imlie is now only fixated on how Malini doesn't care for the baby....toh wohi topic became the primary focus of this date convo also😆.....they didn't get into any of the issues about M's coveting of Adi, their own future together as husband-wife etc.....bas whole convo was only around M's neglect of the baby and Imlie trying yet again to tell Adi that he doesn't believe her when she tells him about M.....Adi heard Imlie out this time and even acknowledged that he is finding M's behavior weird too - called her emotionally kamzor, UNSTABLE😆 and insecure today as well....but again, Adi comes across to me like a trauma victim....his body language totally shuts down when M is brought up.....it was apparent in the contrast of how relaxed and happy he was talking to Imlie before she brought up M and it's like depression descended over Adi's whole demeanor....and then he want into this stoic sa mode trying to muse out loud ki buri se buri aurat bhi apne bacche ki fikar karti hai, no? lol he can't cope with the magnitude of M's buraai.....but Imlie has no patience left for his wishi-washiness and she stood up to say she will go search for saboot again to prove her point - and hope he doesn't erase the saboot this time as well😆. Adi was left to lament again how he seems to be lacking in his ability to samjhaao his stance these days.

Ok date done, the action shifted to usual Didi related tamaashe.......there is again cause today to wonder if the pregnancy is fake😆. Malini apparently totally refused to get a check up done from the doctor and locked herself up in her room for half an hour to avoid the doctor.....why so? Simply so that he doesn't diagnose the impact of her asthma on the baby? Doubtful.....seems like there's more to hide there.

Imlie wiggled her way into the room for another round of tauntbaazi with psycho Didi....dialogue of the day from Imlie was, "KUCH toh sharam keejiye, Malini didi"🤣.....dunno why but Imlie still seemed shocked to see that Malini cares more about getting close to Adi rather than the safety of the baby.....M again declared she wants to be Adi's wife before any pregnancy blah blah and is still babbling about patni wala haq chahiye.....lol didn't she claim she got all "haqs" the night she spent with him supposedly? Toh ab kaunse haq? 😆....unless Miss Pathological Despo Liar didn't get the haqs she's boasting to everyone that she did🤪.

Then the other star of the day was Rupi Didi who just seems DONE with M ka shit😆.....Knives out mode tha aaj ekdum Rupi ka seeing M's fake sweetness ka naatak trying to show to Aparna that she will be all careful with the baby blah blah.....Rupi called her out in front of everyone for avoiding the check up from the doctor and now trying to play bholi.....another line of the day was Rupi sarcastically scoffing that "Mujhe pyar se baat karna kinki beti sikhaa rahi hai"👏🤣......Baaki M was parked on the bed in her usual beached whale mode so mehh.

Adilie got another convo in the end with Adi expressing that he can't deal with all this gharelu drama....lol usko bas achha patrakaar hona samajh aata hai but all this gharelu politics has done him in and his mind is not being able to process all that has happened with him off late....the trauma of that night, then this baby, now all this daily drama.....he doesn't know what to think and what to say to anyone.....GM did a good job enacting this turmoil of Adi in this scene.....Imlie for her part seems to feel sorry for how he is being divided into two halves in this situation....lol apna khud ka khayaal aana phir se band ho gaya lagta hai Imlie ko😆

Baaki I have no idea what the last kitchen scene of Adi-Aparna was supposed to signify....but end result seems to be that Imlie was amused that Adi still wanted to drop her off to college despite knowing she's upset with him.....lol

Precap mein bhi sab light banter mode mein hain over this "pampering" wala idea Imlie has devised so looks like Saturday epi will be another comedy filler😆

Some random things worth noting.....lol

Imlie supposedly stormed off from the date all upset with Adi but later on after the next round of Malini tamasha, she was the one who followed Adi out of the room to ask him if he's ok and if there's something he wanted to say😆......even after otherwise being upset with him, she's still feeling for the torn state he finds himself in trying to nibhaao all his zimmedaaris😆

Later on in the kitchen, Imlie again was musing to herself that she's naraaz with him but she was surreptitiously smiling over the fact that he wanted to drop her off to college still😆

Precap mein again Adi-Imlie are bantering and Adi is smiling as he walks away finally after trying to correct her pronunciation of "pampering"😆 - yeh in dono ka "naraazgi" mode hai? LOL sure sure😆

Imlie ne aaj phir vishwaas wala point raise kiya but it clearly is not a deal breaker for her yet😆.....she is trying to still talk to him and understand where his mind is even as she says she doesn't think he will trust her even with a new round of saboots she manages to gather😆

So Imlie being Imlie is going to put herself through the grind again to gather proofs yet again😆.....but it remains to be seen if Adi believes her this time after having listened to so many taunts about his lack of trust in her and about him erasing proofs😆.....so dekhte hain if he passes that trust test this time😆

Hehe i liked the ride to babusahib's garden kitchen..unki tarah hi pure and maasoom vibe tha🤗...and I liked they maintained Adi's awkwardness in this but him still trying cuz Imlie ki smile....and actually Imlie ki itni pyaari shy smile ki hey SM yeh toh pagliya ka pati hi hai hehe❤️

Then the conversation where Imlie rightly points out that the past and future are now tied together permanently so how can you consider one without the other no matter how much you want to avoid the complications....and she brought up the thing that's hurting her the most...the lack of trust...and even this time about Rapist Didi deliberately not caring for the child..Adi again goes that aisa nahi ki bharosa nahi karte and again Im inclined to believe him just that abhi he cant face that reality....but this cant go for long there has to come a time where he explicitly trusts her no matter how bitter the reality...cuz Imlies hurt is not going anywhere until then...but the trauma's equally as huge..kitna torture sehna hai ab inn dono ko😭

Aiyoo aa gayi mission chotu ki protector...kabhi na kabhi aana ki tha I guess😆...ki maa or mamta ki zimmidaari Imlie uthaayegi.....notable ki Rupi di brought up Rapist Didi's frivoulousness in front of the Ts...is that something theyll keep in mind if this psycho loses it and blames Imlie...or are more of the Ts gonna notice her disregard for the child and Imlie's mamta....hahahaha yeh kya likh diya maine..notice and the Ts?!🤣...but Aparna did seem to when Imlie called herself maa

Adi-Imlie's conversation does provide a bit of his state of mind...that Rapist Didi is a living reminder of that horrific night.....he's in trauma and guilt....he feels again he's a gire huye pati ke anjaane mein dhokha diya💔......Adi's starting to feel the pull away from Imlie may be now heightened by mental Rapist Didi and her carelessness...and having to take up more zimmedaari idk?

man just the Bliss theis little bit was.heartwarming🧿🧿. Adi with her in their little imaginery world it was such a releif for both of them to forget everything around them for this little while and they were back to forming their own chotti si duniya jo sukoon and khushi se bhari hai na zayda ki kabhi inho ne umeed ki hai and na maanga hai and that i guess is the difference and cruelty the same time ke jin logon ko sirf kuch pal saath gives them a lifetime of khushi have to fight tooth and nail for this much only the bare minimum..

imlie ak smile and blush was the cutest while she hugged her own Babusahib itne pyar se and for a change claimed her right even though he had to coax it

now i know this was meant to be fun and jokes and light but again agar in depth jaayein toh symbolism bhi hai hi ke adi ki sawaari will have to go ahead but she will keep holding on caz he will ask her too and she will oblige caz that is there rishta after all where they know ke raasta alag hone ke chance hain all they need is to do it hold onto each other kas ke as he said and told her ke rasta hi aisa hai mushkil sa and they will find their Bliss.. I just loved that sukoon wali smiles and that peace for those moments where she could grab onto him without thinking of anything else and his tadap ke iski imlie isko pakkad le

baaki yes he was in hsi Teenager mode jist doing all kind of things going all over the place just for that one smile again yehi aadmi kal keh raha tha ke hum actor nahi hain humse nahi hoga but once imlie came in front of him it became about her khushi he fell in and out of so many roleplays with so muchh ease caz baat IMLIE ki thi baat inke Saath ki thi inke rishte ki thi

LOL aaj they again gave us big loopholes to fixate on😆.....Malini being SO desperate to avoid the check up from the doctor was definitely weird.....initially I thought it's just cuz she's despo to hang around Adi at the date but jab wahaan se le hi gaye, why was she still avoiding the check up from the doctor?😕.....or maybe it was all the usual disjointed shooting of scenes and they wanted to do this random drama with Rupi instead.....lol

So yeah, it can still go both ways.....Adi ka point dono taraf se kaat sakte hain - yes indeed Malini is that duniya ki sabse buri aurat jo apne bacche ko harm kar sakti hai or Malini is duniya ki that sabse buri aurat jo ek baccha fake kar sakti hai is hadh tak.....lol

Jaise bhi chal raha hai, real ya fake - us bacche ke zyada der survive karne ke chances lag nahin rahe despite Imlie ki mega determination to play Maa/Maasi/Protector to the kid....Imlie khud confused hai kya exact role lena hai😆

Re: the trust issue.....aaj honestly Imlie seemed more tired than hurt.....lol.....Adi was the one who's turmoil they played up with him being in his usual trauma zone not wanting to talk about Malini, but still pushing himself to hear Imlie out with patience jaise bhi.....he still has the mental block but it was worth noting that he didn't totally shut his mind to the possibility and did acknowledge that M's carelessness with the baby is quite obvious right now.....just that as usual when it comes to M, he doesn't want to think beyond a certain token point.....baaki he has the trauma and baggage of the incidents of that night still haunting him and just feels too confused/overwhelmed in how to deal with it. I'd say today GM mostly succeeded in showing Adi ka trauma with whatever nuances he could add given the restrictions for Adi's reactions in the story right now.....lol yeh banda as usual bas apni chhoti si khushiyon mein sansaar basaana chahta hai but also feels weighed down by the burden of responsibilities forced upon him in a very unfair manner.....there was a moment in the last scene when Adi raised his eyes upwards as if asking God ki yeh sab kaise ho gaya mere saath.....lol his obliviousness aside, from his perspective, one can understand why he feels totally blindsided by the turn of events happening to him.

All said and done, despite the difficult subjects these two are trying to navigate, it's amazing that their love does still shine through with such a purity and depth.....badaa hi saaf dil pyar hai dono ka.

Finally got around to watch the episide! Thanks for the thread AY! Just putting down my thoughts quickly before calling it a night -

Loved the bike scene It was so beautiful to see Adi Imilie living in that moment when nothing else mattered or weighed them down- it was just the two of them and their love

But as expected the conversation came back to Imlie feeling that Adi does not believe her at all - and her insistence that Malini is jeopardizing her health on purpose - and Adi’s response and his thoughts on Malini was unexpected- did ge just say she was emotionally unstable??? Yeah Adi - please keep some continuity on that - 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Imlie still rightfully hurt about the whole proof and deleting of it 😭. But I get this feeling that this time around everyone will stand with Imilie - not just Adi. Because the way didi is behaving, she can’t hide her true intentions for long.

Loved the second Adi Imilie conversation too and GM did fabulous on bringing Adi’s turmoil up front. Not worth writing about didi today - but I too get this feeling that pregnancy might be fake.
I feel things are setting up nicely for the finale/climax of this track- didi’s downfall has started - she is going to fall in her own trap as her desperation is becoming more and more obvious.
Overall loved the episode and I am still optimistic about how this will all end. This dussehera good will win over evil 👍🏼

This is starting to seem like those metal cages they have at the circus and other melas... where there is this guy riding the bike around the circular cage, and you start off watching him fascinated and pretty soon, you're feeling dizzy yourself!

I haven't watched the episode yet, only the written updates and some clips on Instagram, that seems to cover pretty much wha the entire episode is about. While it is cute that the makers threw the Adilie fans a bone with the cutesy bike ride and Babusaheb restaurant and all that, the story did not move a millimeter forward. I really hated that Adi gaslighted Imlie, by asking her to forget the past, and having the gall to talk about the future without taking the effort of putting any closure on the mess that is left behind. I am glad that Imlie asked him to basically buzz off and that it is not possible to forget the past. I only wish the makers, instead of continuing to tout Imlie as some protector of Adi's makes her this strong woman to provide some kind of ultimatum to Adi. She did her due diligence, of finding the evidence that Adi destroyed. I wish they made her strong enough to say to Adi that she did her part, provided evidence as he asked and if he is so interested in starting that normal shadi-shuda zindagi, he basically needs to do the work. Does Adi trust Imlie now or not?

And these Tripathis? 😳
Are they going to ask Adi who exactly is the wife? Is this going to be a life long arrangement, with Malini living in the Tripathis' guest room forever, and Imlie in her tent?

When Adi was kidnapped the first time around, when SK wasn't involved, these people said all sorts of BS that SK is a known criminal, and how Imlie keeps company with known gunde and all that. And now Ms. Anu Chaturvedi, who is a criminal several degrees higher aur sab log halwa-poori khaane chale gaye. If I was a Tripathi, I would want the child to have nothing to do with the criminal naani. In fact, I wouldn't want my grandbaby to have any association with that family at all!

Adi had enacted his scene about his trauma quite beautifully. I think it is nice that they are showing a male lead's vulnerable state and GM, as usuall did good justice to it. But if he is torn between whether he wants to baby or Imlie, is that even a choice to make? It is obviously going to be the baby, to at least Imlie to chhodo. I am not even able to take a wild guess about how the story will progress on from here.

Regarding fake pregnancy…..Lol maine ‘tha’ bola na ab thoda reassurance mila hehe...bahut uncertainty hai after hearing imaginary dialogues lol ki maine kya suna kya dekha😆..…but yes her conversation with Imlie seemed off with her pehle patni and haq haq haq🤢....and I didn’t think of her locking herself in you make a good point...which goes back to the reports also ki were they just the old fake ones AC-MC showed Adi and were the scans of her lungs cuz what would show up on the ultrasound at this point lol.....par woh logical questions hai so nahi puchna😆.....but baaki clarity milega when this psycho will be increasingly fixated on stalling dates🤢

Regarding Adi’s trauma....you know I tend not to step back enough and but viewing his reactions as a trauma victim makes a lot of sense....I mean even then yes he did take a step forward from emotionally weak to unstable lol and tbh it’s not a small one....again Adi’s trauma here is so complex and compounded.......yes the trauma of a rape…but also committed by his abuser of 7 years....where he doesn’t recall a thing but somehow she has gaslighted him into finding himself at fault...and his biggest trauma and guilt that he’s betrayed Imlie....now he’s permanently associated with his rapist through a child whom she’s endangering and he may have to step up to take on more responsibility while disgusted at even an interaction with her…..and yes I noticed that bit too where he looks up......GM portrayed Adi’s inner turmoil perfectly today

Regarding their love.....wahi toh iss sab ke baad.....put through the wringer....but fact remains that their love is just as unwavering and constant regardless,,,..…I mean wow…aur uss bike ride mein bhi woh maasoom saaf dil wala quality that made it so endearing❤️
