I think she probably did see what she claims but as you said she is using someone’s misery to get attention. Now with SRK/Aryan and based on the timing of the interview last year probably SSR’s originally.

Each one gets his own sentence depending on involvement or noninvolvement. I assume it is the same for bail.

At least that's what I've seen to be the case in U.S.

It's not a suggestion. The magistrate said the orders tonight will be the same for all. All have been booked under the same charge together. Section 8c NDPS. So it is hard to think Aryan might get bail and others don't. I hope I am totally wrong on this.

First the ED raid on his company, then they examined his house construction, didn’t find anything tu broke the railing on his house saying it’s extended beyond the allowed measurements. Send FEMA notice to Gauri and now they finally got his son…

they are not looking at each case individually cause if they did it from the beginning then they wouldn’t even had gotten to keep aryan in custody for even one night…

He wasn’t in possession nor was he using…

I know some members two days ago mocked and ridiculed the srk fans who said it’s a plan hatched by political party and NCB.. how this is the standard procedure for NCB..

they go through loopholes and even twisted the laws to keep the guy in custody, spread lies via media, the ones they can’t prove in court.

just because something is legal, doesn’t mean it’s fair or ethical.

I might be ridiculed for saying this but it seems they have even bought off the magistrate …

I suspect that girl with them… I read something about this on Twitter, that the girls lawyer/parents are claiming she doesn’t even know aryan and merchant… someone made sure aryan and his frnd would be at the party.. either one of his friends sold him out or they got someone to lure him there… the rot is deep… these people will stoop so low that they will keep his kids in custody without having anything on him.

He did name the guy who invited him.. his name is Prateek Gaba.
