It's either bail for all 8 or none because they are being treated by the court as if they are part of a drug syndicate. Other 7 are somewhat guilty as they had drugs with them so they ain't getting bail and so even Aryan won't get.

But Aryan is being framed here because of being SRK's son. He is being wrongly clubbed with them. Bottom line is this whole matter won't have been a news if Aryan Khan was not arrested and only other 7 were arrested. He was just a special invitee only, had no drugs on or in him. But now he is paying the price of being SRK's son. Hrithik is right. Aryan must be feeling a sense of helplessness.

I don’t understand how the law can work that way. It’s very confusing and unfair. How can they not look at each case individually? Even in the cases of his friends such small amounts of drugs were found - clearly for personal use not dealing - this whole process seems like a farce.

Aryan is most likely to get the bail tomorrow .only issue is why the hell court is treating them as single entity.

because the section under which they have been charged is same. Section 8c NDPS.

Leaving Aryan on bail can disturb the investigation as he is son of SRK, the powerful person. Secondly, he or his aides might tamper with evidences, threat witnesses, clean traces after all he is SRK#s son who can afford to do anything with his money and connections.

So, its pretty unlikely he will get bail tomorrow. There are many similar precedents in past.

they themselves said in court that they are holding him to interrogate him about the party organizers

It is obviously a farce. But it is what it is.

Aryan is paying the price for just being SRK'S son. This won't have been even a news if it were just the other seven arrested.

He is paying the price for just being there that night. Just wrong time wrong location.
