Actually I got first impression as bad impression on this couple. When I came to know the first rumor on them saying people spotted them smoking on chay apartment terrace, I thought it was just a fling. And that was the second rumour I heard about chay.

Nag, a typical father-in-law who did not approve of daughter-in-law who smokes and drinks and is in film industry. But chay made it happen. There marriage came as a surprise to me.

And the bad impression continued on this couple when Samantha posted akkineni surname on her bathrobe on wedding night instead of chay name..

So I never adored or had any hope on this couple unlike many here.. so divorce news didn't hurt or surprised me 😛

That's interesting... seems like Chaitanya had a real tough time to convince his family. Feeling bad for Chay.

Usually I don't ship celebrities and don't bother about what happens off-screen but these two genuinely seemed happy. It made me root for them. After watching them so happy, this split news seems so weird

I too read about speculations of affair, also read somewhere Sam's career might be the reason but then all are just speculations, only they would know the truth. Honestly was hoping they would deny all the rumours of them getting separated but when they confirmed it was quite heart breaking💔

This is really sad. Chaitanya has always tried to stay out of controversy. But this whole divorce thing has permanently damaged his image. No matter what people are going to talk about it.

How does it matter if she puts her new surname or Chay's name her choice. Akkineni was her new surname at that time

Oh😲I didn't know all this😆 all of this is new info to me. Never knew Nagarjuna didn't like Sam. Always thought they shared a good bond. The fact that Chay convinced his family for Sam kinda shows they really wanted to be together. Sad it ended this way

@bold- I guess smoking and drinking is not that much of a big deal in film industry (no way saying it is right or generalizing the industry but nowadays it seems to have become a bit common).

Though this bathrobe thing seems a bit weird.

I honestly thought they would stick together. They seemed happy together in whatever little I have seen them😒

I don't know much about TFI but I always felt he had a good image and was a genuinely a good guy. He seems to be an introvert who keeps to himself

And till now this happy marriage had cemented that good image. Now it all seems to be a mess for both.

Posting intimate pic with surname it feels awkward as far as I am concern.

I never said it was looking wrong or awkward when she changed her insta name adding akkineni.
