Doosra, blood test can reveal hormone levels, that’s just an indicator but nothing is confirmatory without the person concerned not giving samples. ( Aur hormone levels mujhe bhi lag raha aaj kl thoda kam hain warna koun ek doosre ko ignore karke, whiskey ke peeche pad gaye hain - main donon ke baare mein bol rahi hoon)

And generally they check for this only after trying for some time. Toh no way or no reason that you generally diagnose such a thing without trying for sometime

The episode was majorly past scenes of raghav and eisha and some interaction of raghav with ACP lakshmi.
