I mentioned first itself never ever trust the promo.its always ulta.they show something else in promo opposite on show.recent one was also same.regarding karan sanju knowing about sid monu being in danger maybe monu must have called faizi or sanju for help/ to report about this illegal activity.nd she herself landed on trouble when she went to help sid or others.or she went to help others nd must have saw sid there who was being captured by them.many many possibilities r there which one is true it will get clear when episode comes out.now last question answers she shouted karan ,which is quite surprising my assumption is when she called faizi/ sanju for help karan must have been there.nd must have said don't worry will be there to save/ help u nd others too.her screaming karan name she maybe scared/ panicked when that guy was threatening/ trying to take her organs like he was trying to inject her to make her unconscious.

Really this would be interesting to watch 👍
