I think baby and sid will meet.

And baby will get sick and sid being sid won't know what to do and call the only person who has always supported and helped him and who is also a doctor.

Monami will come and would recognize baby as she had met in park and would do the necessary medical thingy to stabilize her condition and then take her to hospital.

Monami would call karan to tell about baby.

So either the call would get cut halfway while monami was speaking about baby and then thrashing fighting sound to make karan worried.

Or

They will talk and karan will reach the place were monami called from (hospital) and won't find them and get suspicious.

According to these 2 videos above, Karan is in same clothes but monami is wearing different clothes. So monami will get to know about baby and karan and return to academy but later have to leave as sid called. Which could explain why monami is in different clothes while karan is in same. It will happen on the same day but timing would be different.
