I went through the entire court proceedings on live law on Aryan Khan’s case. Apparently, the NCB accepted in court that they didn’t find any drugs on him, his friend had 5 gms of weed, and nor they did find anything on his phone as of now. They want to investigate how he got the invite as they can’t get a hold of organisers.

If something like this can happen to someone rich and famous, I shudder to think what can become of a common person who gets framed.

If someone with me has drugs on them, I can be framed and per ndps it’s non bailable.. wow.

Some countries have death penalty and life imprisonment. I wonder how many innocents have may be killed due to it. I have brokedown palace nightmares whenever I take a flight.

By the way, does anyone know name of Manisha Koirala movie where she travels to China to find her father (Anupam Kher) and gets framed for carrying drugs by a guy facing death penalty. I watched it as a kid and now I don’t remember the name.

I don't really know anything about this thing but I read an article that he has been on drugs for four years and cried inconsolably in the NCB inquiry. ( precise words of the news I read 😆)

but there was news on inshorts that Aryan Khan broke down and confessed that he is a consumer of drugs from 4 years.

Its not that NCB didn't find anything, its the power of money and the corrupt officials
