I'm making this thread mainly to discuss the two monologues we got from Imlie and Adi today.....as we all know, it is rare that we get monologues of our two main leads aajkal😆......even more rare that we are given any monologues of our male lead.....so this occasion today calls for some discussion on these monologues even if as usual, the writers show no continuity tomorrow on what was reflected upon today😆

Today, as Imlie saw AM sitting together for the pooja, her pain finally rose to the level of her wanting to reflect on a broader scale about what kind of story Sita Maiyya has written for her......"Pehle Babusahib aur humare mann saath nahin rahe, mann saath huye toh hum saath nahin rahe....aur ab hum dono saath hokar bhi kitne door hain"......Imlie reflected on the strange twists and turns that her and Adi have been through.....and wondered again with despair if it is even written in her destiny to be Adi's wife. Aaj bechaari ko is level of despair tak le aayi phir se Sita Maiyya.....lol permanent vacation pe lagti hain ki symbolically bhi Imlie ka saath nahin deti pooja mein😆.

Then there was Adi's monologue......finally Adi Maharaj ne aaj dimaag lagaake socha ki why does life feel like it's rebooted him back to the same fork in the road?😆.....He thought he had moved towards Imlie, lagaa tha manzil paa li hai, lagaa tha Imlie ko paa liya hai😆 (waah waah kya suhaane sapne without even managing to get Imlie acceptance from his family😆).....toh phir ab kaunsa GALAT RAASTA, kaunsa GALAT FAISLA humein phir yahaan le aaya?

Well well WELL.....BADI MEHERBAANI in Maharaj ki that ITNA toh socha ki GALAT FAISLA tumhein yahaan tak laaya ho sakta hai, Adi Babu😛.....Indeed, please try to trace back in your life ki kahaan kahaan galat faisle liye which diverted your path away from Imlie despite all your happy and COMPLACENT fantasies😆.

I don't know if I should hope for much, but it was a pretty emotional and angsty monologue from Adi today in this bit.....his yearning for Imlie was very apparent throughout that pooja scene but especially in this last bit as he got teary while fervently praying to God to help him find a way back to Imlie😆.....badaa palpable thi Adi ki tadap about how Imlie is so DOOR from him now.....lol

So let's see if makers threw this bit in just to fill time in the epi as usual ki kal aage kuch link karne ki koshish hoti hai for Adi in trying to find his way back to Imlie.....lol

Other notable bits.....

a) Adi said POINT BLANK to the pandit ki woh Malini ka pati nahin hai😆....so much for kuch logon ke fantasies ki woh apne aap ko M ka pati maanega😆

b) Imlie's pain as she expresses to Rupi that she knows AC/Malini set up this pooja simply to keep her away from Adi and she laments that there is no point in trying to tell Adi since he won't believe her.....aww....but I liked that they are keeping this build up consistent of Imlie feeling like he will never believe her now.....that makes me think he is deffo going to surprise Imlie in some way :P

c) Adi in more of his usual "SO DONE WITH ALL THIS CRAP" waale expressions today rather than the laachaar mode they've kept him in since a few weeks.....lol.....aaj he was more impatient and frustrated throughout and thoda mini outburst bhi kar liya over seeing Mithi on maid duty, and Malini ki baat kaat ke jaane bhi wala tha to Imlie before backing off to avoid tamasha for bacche ki pooja.....lol

Precap is the random prank on AC.....lol mujhe filhaal hassi tabhi aayegi jab yeh aurat kahin gobar mein muh ke bal giregi....this disappearing from mirrors and all is too tame for her😆....lol but chalo Imlie ne apni kuch entertainment nikaal li rather than sitting and crying😆

Looks like next epi will be about Adi wanting to talk to Imlie after the pooja is done but Malini conveniently getting her asthma attack right then to foil one more attempt of Adilie to spend time together.....lol koi na, karte raho Adi ki frustration increase about not being able to go to Imlie.....jitni frustration build up hogi, utna volcano ke phatne ke chances badhenge😈😆

Didi ji sab kar lo jo jo kar sakti ho kar lo adi ne toh ab pooja main hi kasam kha li ke imlie se durri mitani hai ke saare raste imlie tak hi jaayenge. The guy had one point agenda aaj IMLIE and ONLY IMLIE. Baby was such an afterthought for him and he was going through motions simply out of his good heart and he made it pretty obvious ke tamasha nahi chahiye

Lmao at adi wanting his actual wife to bw with him too taking a moment there too and end nain itne oocha vachan ke bache ko utna hi pyar kareinge jitna apni patni ko and he meant imlie duh for those who might mistake him just like Dumbo Didi🤣 Jisko yeh samjh hi nahi aa raha ke look at all the faraks adi has to give jo banda bache ki pooja main apne date plans discuss kar raha hai and fixing that his top most priority usse log expect karte hain ke imlie ko chodega yeah right

Adi had 0 tolerance today in regards to all sort of tamasha happening around him usko bas yyahan se nikal ke apni imlie ke paas jaana tba and he couldn't wait am extra min to get there and get done with this. I loved all the chop he did if everyone aaj kisi ke liye patience and lihaaaz nahi tha. Even though he did say ke hum bhaith rahe hain for baby but also added on ke theek nahi hai maa so yeah

I laughed so hard at him telling malini so what hum imlie ke saath jaa rahe hain for her saath baaki army gayi to gayi humko jaana hi hai and hin getting mad at seeing Amma being made maid and then straight up telling Mrs C ke kis muh se sorry bol rahi hai meherbaani na karein

Aur yeh ek gif on angsty lovebirds ki TADAP for each other😆

MC again had FB of doctor telling about Astma & Lungs condition … can we expect something out of this …

Word....aaj finally Adi got to portray that no lihaaz and no patience for bakwaas wala side again without getting as cowed down as some of them had been making him recently.....aaj toh har opportunity pe apne aap ko assert kar raha tha jitna bhi kar sakta tha😆.....GM managed to prevail his way for this epi I guess😆

Baby ke liye pooja mein baith toh gaya Adi but sabko declare karke ki main Malini ka pati nahin hoon....lol.....phir woh stupid mantras bhi chant kar liya but apna clarification add karke ki main toh jitna apni PATNI se pyar karta hoon, utna bacche se karunga (lol waise yeh wala bhi isse nahin hona cuz he can't love anyone as much as he loves Imlie😆).....and then the "ughh" kinda face he made in the end before putting the flower in the havan😆

LOL oh haha you reminded me that bit of Adi saying, "main toh Imlie ke saath hi jaaunga" is also hilariously giff-able😆

Thanks for the thread AY - and yes we finally got some monologues from both Adi and Imlie today.

Puja at C hiuse officially began today and the younger Ts left no chance in roasting AC. Even Apu asked what the purpose of the puja was. Adi’s reaction consistent - he is just there for the Baby and nothing else. His face said it all .. then we got the precap scene of Meethi serving food and as expected Adi did speak up. I liked that Rupi, nishanth and sundar and even Adi got up to help but of course baby’s father cannot do any work 😕

I noticed that Adi did not even look at Malini in any of their conversations - his body language said it all. Even during the pooja, when Malini overhears his plan with nishanth, you could sense his disappointment that he is stuck here - the guy does not even look at her face while talking to her.
Adi clearly stating that he and didi are not pati patni and as the puja carries on , we get the monologue. You described it perfectly AY and you are right - Adi’s angst came across beautifully tiday. Please give us some continuity to these monologues 🤞 I hope Adi continues to introspect on his thoughts.
I just wanted to give a big hug to Imlie when she told Rupi - what is the point of telling anything ti BS, he is not going to believe me - and this is why I think Adi will trust Imlie’s when the right time comes around and when it’s most needed.
Looks like Adi’s plans for the surprise for his Jhalli will get foiled again because of didi and an imminent asthma attack 🤪- so she is risking prolonging the puja just so that Adi’s plans get foiled .
I am just hoping Imlie is not waiting for Adi to show up for the surprise and Adi ends up not coming because of the asthma attack 😭😭
I would rather the plan doesn’t go through and Adi gets irked more and frustrated more so that the vikacano can burst.
Precap - looks like we will get some light moments - let’s see if this prank of Imilie gets any truth out of AC 😆
