She hated Meet because I think Meet was a twin and on the day of birth his brother died and only she survived. Dadi must have hated Meet and it become more when her son and Meet's father passed away.
Yes dear, I know the backstory. I meant the open dislike she shows for Meet and the constant apmaan. Maybe that would have been a little less evident when Meet was growing up in her father's care.
