Well, if they did pose as passengers without alerting the event manager/ship owner, these 22 members would have to pay to get on board, no???

This info is wrong. The drugs were OFFLOADED. Meaning, these were collected over time and disposed of. And it did make the news.

Here, the comparison is between a huge drug SEIZURE and an adult who arrested and admitted to having done drugs but there was none on him and negative tests.

And of course, there is the issue of the minister's son killing 4 people.
