Doc can be surgeon or any other specialist i know.i meant,he as a surgeon did his professional bit.he is in a medical college in mumbai,some famous one,cant remember as i dont live there or india. You said as a doc anything he did or not,thats why i wrote as he is surgeon or doc watever, he ofcourse did.
