Once my frnd was traveling from other city for an urgent order that needed to be signed, she got late and the judge left, she (a lawyer herself) went to the judges home and got it signed. Not cause she was some hot shot lawyer (she just got out of law school) but there are certain circumstances where judges can perform their duties and sign stuff even after hours
