@bold exactly. He had no plan to oust her while leaving wedding venue. Till then he thought sai was manipulated by pulkit hence took such step. But after returning home pakhi wantedly talked how sai being his wife went against him & cheated him by pretending to be happy with him on holi. His family talked how he couldn't control his wife. It's again about ego. If it is about his love for his sister he wouldn't have waited for whole night to arrest pulkit with the thought that his sister was in wrong place. It's about his ego which sai broke by going against him.

It's never about love for his sister, he never did anything against Omi for forging documents, against kaku for taking away harini and making Devi mentally unstable by keeping her locked and giving her medicines. Now too, it's just that he want to settle scores against Sai hence will side with Pakhi when she insults Sai, Devi's mental health and panic attack be damned.

True, he always has his reasons to behave a certain way which can always be suited to his version of thoughts. Now too whatever he did, he did right in his mind. That's the reason proper redemption is never shown, it's always about guit and tears which soon get forgotten and everything is repeated again. I don't want divorce but atleast a 6 months separation where both are totally cut off from each other, for self introspection.

May be the separation will bring difference in the situation. Sai will get some peace and Virat can think about his actions
