The total amount of alleged “drugs” caught by NCB from the Mumbai cruise is within “small quantity” as defined under NDPS Act.Punishment? Jail for up to 1 year.Plus - accused volunteering for rehab get prosecution immunity. These publicity stunts by NCB have a clear agenda.
