Okay, I was mistaken. Sooryavanshi asked for 100% screenspace, not 100% occupancy.

I was wondering how theater owners can allow that since 50% occupancy rule was on government's orders.

But this is just abuse of power. How can they not let any other film release? If other films have willingly backed off then it would've been okay. But Sooryavanshi makers not "allowing" any other film to release with them by arm twisting the exhibitors.
