Almost a month and a half and then I will go for small vacation as he will be there with me. For him it will be long vacation...😆

So what divorce won't be finalized? Judge will be like giving you few months and then another hearing.. until then stay together? .. why is she still at virks? Her convo with papa virk seemed like she's leaving the house.. So now she has to stay back cuz of court decision? And would she really take off the mangalsutra before the divorce is officially finalized??

Sadly in India according to law, Adultery is consensual sexual intercourse outside of marriage and not emotional and literal cheating. I would like to be corrected If I am wrong. Fateh cannot be charged for criminal offence under Adultery so no point in mentioning the same in the court and bringing more shame to the people who are already traumatised by the divorce.

I think as per a supreme court judgement in 2018 adultery is a ground for divorce but not a criminal offence.

Earlier rule was biased in favour of women as in only men could be punished.

However the law states that if due to adultery the affected spouse has committed sucide then the one committing the act of adultery can be charged under abettment of sucide
