Edit --- There is no such thing called fast track divorce. It atleast take 6 months after filing. It was the cooling period during my time too.

Well usually der are many cases piling ..so if it's a mutual consent divorce u can reduce the number of hearings to bare minimal in a type of fast track.

U can also appeal to have the hearing on Saturday

The 6 months cooling off period stays.

My friend got one in 4 hearings and after 6 months it was final

I got mine in just 2 hearing but I had this 6 months cooling period for finalisation. Decree is only granted after cooling period. FaTejo has not even completed a year of their marriage so the cooling period is more prominent. There is nothing like you file the papers and get a decree next day.
