Makes a lot of sense. For me its not about believing Malini or not - I don't care about looking at it, that way. It bothers me that he is thinking Imlie is lying to him about Malini. The girl you fell in love with and claim as your patni - karam se dharam se - the one Meethi says never lies, the one he has been closely observing for a while now - to think she would so strongly lie about something. And why does he not want to talk about it - why Imlie is so convinced or justify why he is still not believing her...what is the one fact holding him back - trust in the fact that Malini can never do something like this or his inability to confront her or his concern about the child being a product of rape.
