Original one with Akki and Vidya is epic. I don't trust Kartik much. Plus Swag of Akshay kumar is unmatchable. Plus we have Kiara instaed of Vidya that a huge drop in terms of talents (Maroony might disagree)

i think they are gonna remake ami je tomar after this point... plus, i think they will give vidya's role to tabu or something like that and kiara the role of ameesha patel (romance dikhaane ke liye)

I am expecting two song remakes: Aami Je Tomaar and Hare Krishna Hare Ram...second one's basically the theme and being used in all the content used till now.

Usually I am not a fan of remaks since the OGs are not involved but if Pritam is doing his own songs then its cool.

Hare Krishna Hare Ram - There was outrage back then due to outfits but SM wasn't that huge. I hope don't repeat that for attention & publicity.
