Anu’s perfect and complete duniya

is what Anuj thought and said when Anu cheerfully showed him a drawing of her family and asked him what he thought of it...

Was Anu subconsciously reiterating the fact that her family means everything to her and that there isn't any room for anyone else? and Anuj saying its perfect and complete in a very desolate tone made me think if there’s some sort of symbolism we were supposed to derive from the scene...

Has Anuj totally given up on the idea of pursuing her romantically? he has told Devika and GK on a couple of occasions that he just wants to see Anu happy and is always cautious of letting his feelings get the better of him.

Will Anu be the one to tweak that drawing a bit to add a new member or will it be Anuj to realise that they could have more than just a business partnershipbetween them?

Another symbolism was him saying the blankets on the plane are usually prickly so he covered her with his soft jacket meaning he will protect her from all harm and shield her with his care.

And it could also mean I’ve watched the episode way too many times and dissected every little piece of it😆

I was also imagining Anupama in future adding drawings for Anuj and GK in it😀

The drawing looked as if done by a kindergartener. She shows it to Anuj!smiley44based on his response, I think he felt it was very juvenile, hence the desolate tone, IMO. He was like - "whatever!"🤔

Her childlike excitement & squeal on seeing waves/beach or even the mention of the word ocean was also borderline childish, but we can ignore it. 😊

Actually mujhe lagta he liked her childishness and he feels that it's kind of justified because she essentially stopped living for herself so even small things she derives child-like pleasure from. I think desolate tone is because there is a contrast between his life (only him and GK) and Anu's (with her bhara poora parivar) and partly because he is nowhere in her picture. And he wants to be.
