I don't think anything is absurd from story point of view. Whether one likes it or not it's quite logical for vanraj the way he is acting towards Anupama. For vanraj Anupama was his favourite toy which he never wanted to let go. He though divorced her never imagined her as an independent woman forget independent he never imagined her to have men around her taking interest in her. So it's ego or something in him is not accepting. Sudhanshu is great actor who knows to switch expressions in a blink from positive to negative to angry manipulative to someone confused.

Yes it's a tv show it's bound to get repetative. There were ton of episodes before anuj entry where Anupama would keep lecturing and kavya would do negativity were very boring. After anuj entry most episodes are interesting. I think all blend of all characters makes the show interesting. See it's not love story only it's a story of anupuma type women who lived in certain background where men like toshu vanraj exist. I am also not really fond of samar Nandini love story that much but I think that actor who is villian is quite a better actor then both these two actors.

Vanraj according to me is a very self-centred guy...all he cares for is himself...right from the first episode he's shown that way...It always been about his relations, his dreams, his happiness, his kids etc etc.

He has used his parents, his ex-wife, his current wife and his kids to his advantage. With Anu he could show his power, control her and satisfy his ego and now that she isn't a part of his life he feels lost and demotivated.

Vanraj cannot be shown accepting of Anu's growth and her relationship with Anuj, defeats the purpose of the story. They will use his anger and jealousy as a catalyst for Anuj-Anu story.

About Sudhanshu, always have liked his acting but if he's given the same lines and emotions to portray all the time, he can only try so many variations of it.
