One take on this is - there is a reason T's did not get to see the video. If they did - I doubt if they would agree that Malini was drugged in the video as Anu claims. They want the audience to buy that Adi bought Anu - Malini drugging story - when he maybe did not. I cannot in my mind associate the Adi in the maha-episode with the AKT of Imlie so far. I know he has had a pattern of being plain dumb...but this one had a slightly different vibe. It seemed like his acting was off. At first I thought he was trying to portray a zombie like state but then even that did not bring out the sheer pain he should feel at hurting Imlie like this. So either he really prioritizes and trusts Malini over Imlie sub-consciously or he is trying to do something. I have to believe that Adi is not so hypocritical or disrespectful to his professional integrity - to do what he did. Either in time - we'll find out that he was playing a game or by then hopefully some redemption of him will make me feel better than the utter disbelief I am currently having over his behavior and actions.

I don’t know if Adi is acting then he should keep Imlie in the loop. If not before, then immediately after court,,, the pain, horror and torture she went through is too much to be brushed off with it was all a drama by Adi.

I felt, Adi genuinely feels that Malini was innocent in the whole issues, hence he saving her. So, maybe in his eyes, he wasn’t being professionally unethical. In his eyes, he was being a bad husband🤔. His justification was that he couldn’t send an innocent person to jail at first then later about not sending Malini to jail in her this condition.

Btw this is kinda unrelated but am I the only one finding it hilarious that all the youngsters In T house got their haircut ek saath 🤣 it is like ek din barbar ji aaye ghar sab ki line main hair cut karne like bachpan ke din🤣ke poora mohalla ek din karwayega haircut

Deleting proof in a court case that could make Malini convicted - is not professionally unethical? Saving Malini who is actively seen as committing a crime is ok? when he wanted Imlie to send SK to jail? Why did he not let the courts decide. Anu could have told the courts her truth and the judge could have decide that M was also drugged as Anu says. The video was pretty clear - even Adi could not have bought that M was drugged. Now if he only gave the excuse of her pregnancy it would have been bearable - but they had to add the extra cringe of making him appear to buy everything M says - ugggh.

Like I said, Adi has to face a moment of clear choice where he decides who he wants to trust no matter what twisted narrative is presented to him.

The one other possibility with the fact that they have already shown Adi buying the "Mrs. C ki saazish" angle for this round of attempt to reveal M's true face makes it possible he will not buy it the next time she tries to use it to fool him and play victim.....bit by bit, they are also showing M use up all her excuses....I was quite expecting her to use AC as an excuse for the final pardafaash so that she could be whitewashed....but ab toh that card is gone too. What will she try to blame all this on when the pregnancy is proven fake?

Exactly.....if they want to believe the baby is real, they have to simultaneously accept the fact that it was forced against Adi's will cuz it has been proven that he was drugged and then used to create this baby......toh anyway halfway sane parents would be grossed out....but we are talking about Aparna types here....so.

And as I was saying previously, we continue to live in this imaginary Imlie universe where a woman who is rich, financially independent and has a whole support system is begging to be accepted over a baby that everyone has categorically seen was created out of lack of consent.....so slow claps for that too.

Word on the tension being visible in the panchayat scene and I would like that to be maintained in whatever is coming up after the kidnapping also....this sense of Ts being unsure about how to deal with M rather than jumping to chadhaao her over the baby.....for now atleast we get a reprieve with Imlie's kidnapping.

Waise small thing maybe but Adi didn't even once look at M directly during the entire court scene as well as the aftermath later in the panchayat scene when her status in the house was being discussed......so again, it's not about any extra sympathy for her - insaaniyat nibhaane mein doob gaya phir se. Mujhe toh lag raha hai we will see more instances of him snapping at M coming up.....lihaaz mein kami hogi😛....lol dekhte hain.

It would be even more effective if she threatens adi and bhagaye adi ko bhi ke main imlie ko kill kar doongi oehle dhamka ke attack kare even better caz otherwise she can claim accident..I just want adi to dhakka maar maar ke nikale
