Lawyers in ITV

Although the introduction of lawyers in Indian television shows is shown as like they never loose any case and they are very clever like KC is shown here... but going by the history of ITV, these clever lawyers never keep a copy of the actual evidence and just rely on the show's lead to keep it safe..show it to only 1 person and not others and what not... except making the copies...I thought atleast KC will use some mind and ask Imlie to make multiple copies or just handover the evidence to him... but again the makers go with the traditional route which is being followed by ages in ITV...now these illogical scenes that only keeping actual evidence without any copies is not bearable...no offence to anyone just sharing the views..
