Yes I have watched quite a few Paki dramas. Though none recently. From this list I have just watched Daam. Truly an excellent drama👏 Also loved ZGH, Humsafar, Mere Humdum Mere Dost. Behadd was a great telefilm and then Khuda Ke liye was a good movie. These days my mum is watching Makafat and keeps telling me short stories from it...sounds good👍🏼 Other than the things you have mentioned I also love how they allow their women to have some basic dignity and self respect and how they are shown maintaining it at all costs, be it Kashaf and her mother, Zara from Daam, Aiman from MHMD or Khirad from Humsafar. Its a refrshing change.
After these I had switched to Turkish dramas for some time. Watched a few like Feriha, Fatmagul, Kara Para Ask...all were good as well 👍🏼 though even these tend to get too stretched out unnecessarily. Had tried Magnificent Century ....great star cast, costumes, cinematography but harem politics & endless murders isnt my thing so left that midway. Now I am watching Korean/Chinese/Japanese stuff 😳
Yeah true.....Definitely watch yakeen ka safar its the story of young girl's journey to becoming a doctor ...its a romantic drama againts the backdrop of a hospital and touches on various social issues like domestic violence etc.....Diyaar - e - dil is an outright family drama across 3 generation ...shot in beautiful locations and excellent acting....and excellent handing of human relationships...though they stretched a bit in the end.....both my parents and in laws are now hooked to these serials they have stopped watching marathi serial...... except for marathi saregamapa.....infact they know more about the current urdu serials than i do...how times change 😂😂😂
