KC as lawyer must have kept the camera for the court hearing .Unless in Imlie world , after getting it , KC return it and ask Imlie to produce it during hearing . KC as a criminal lawyer don’t tell me he didn’t make a copy . Maybe run out pen drive .

Who is the culprit who erase the evidence ?. How it happen ? Why Aditya look relax and not worried about the lost of evidence which can clear is name ?

Aivai bakwass by mc ac.. and they know it won’t work hence the final card.. fake pregnancy . That too imlie will disprove with evidence. Somehow I feel that evidence in the camera is not deleted but a copy is there somewhere. Maybe I am giving too much credit though 🤷‍♀️

Agreed on Aparna being nothing but a chamchi of AC & Didi. She has disappointed me the most out of the elder Ts. BK & Radha only make bakwaas comments but Aparna actually actively takes actions against Imlie. So she is literally down the drain for me.

If not Imlie then I hope KC as a lawyer would have akkal enough to make a copy of the evidence😆. But this is ITV so anything is possible. No point of using logic regarding the court procedures which are such a joke😆.

Adi is not like other ML who would get swayed by his baby.

The marriage sharth is not even an issue for Adi, because the promises he made to Imlie and Malini, he had easily found loopholes and broke it because of his love for Imlie. So, why should he be now, worried of a stupid sharth that AC made with Imlie.

Adi knows they have to win the case because the humiliation of the family and his job.

ROFL yes....Adi ke promises always come with an unsaid loophole included no matter what....a built in loophole to allow him to break any promise that takes him away from Imlie😆. Actually jokes apart, Destiny decides that their bond is above all promises.....lol that is why no promises hold them back in the long term.

I can't tell if this shart was introduced just to fill time in the episode or if AC/Malini are actually dumb enough to believe they can bully Imlie on this point.....lol the way these two idiots were hyping the shart like Imlie ke paas aur koi option nahin hoga.....lol bhai kaise? Molestation ke time pe chalo phir bhi the pressure on Imlie was more believable....but why now? From what angle do they think she has no choice but to accept this shart? 😕.....it just seemed extra contrived even by the already contrived standards of this track.....lol.

Only other reason I can think they put this shart angle in there was to give Adi a chance to blast everyone for treating him like an object😆.....cuz it was so bizarre ki AC was keeping the shart towards Imlie jabki the person who is being asked to give patni ka darjaa is Adi😕😆....if he is the one who has to give darjaa, toh shart toh uske saamne rakhni chahiye na? lol seriously lame weirdness this was.....anyways Adi atleast got to speak his stance assertively again.....

Baaki it was also noteworthy to me that he was just silent even when AC doing tamasha about meri beti akeli reh jaayegi, usko settled dekhna hai, aur koi use wife nahin maanega toh tum hi maano....lol Adi was ekdum silent throughout it all....which again proves the point that the KC angle or no KC angle, his stance after the truth revelation would have been the same.....ki Malini ko patni nahin maan sakta but can give her general support as a friend. So even now when they are trying to trap him by lying that he supposedly is obligated to give Malini patni ka darjaa cuz of the events of that night, he's just either silent or he repeats "Sirf Imlie humari patni hai"......lol and still they don't get that they can't pressurize him from his basic stance.

The funny thing is that AC/Malini think the stakes of the case have been intertwined with Adilie's marriage through this shart but it's actually more about their honor regarding the truth.....both Adi and Imlie's reputations are on the line with the case....both are being accused of lagaaoing a false case on someone so to clear their names, case toh jeetna hi padega.....just remains to be seen ki kaise.

I guess most of us are in agreement that Imlie will win the case.....it will definitely be a last minute surprise if they show Imlie losing the case after all this build up they've done of the struggle to find saboot and SM ke ishaare and all.

So let's go by the presumption that case toh Imlie ne hi jeetna hai.....and for that to happen, one other option is KC managing to instigate Malini to burst out in court somehow with the truth....or atleast some form of the truth regarding what she did......a self-confession of sorts basically proving her crime. Then when she's on the verge of being convicted, AC may jump in with trying to take the blame on herself or using some other excuse for mercy from the court....uske baad it's also possible that AC may play the fake pregnancy card on Malini's behalf to save her from jail and plead to Adi/Ts for mercy over that ki sab maine kiya, Malini ko jaane do blah blah

Jitna they were showing Malini panicking about Imlie ka confidence today, it's possible that AC will have that backup plan ready which she can pull out if she feels they are losing the case.

They have already openly threatened Adi and Ts to force them to "apnaao" Malini....lol pata nahin kyun but iske baad mujhe toh nahin dikh raha scope for her to regain that entry into the house that way.....woh wala part is done with I feel and isko waapis mauka nahin milna to play golden bahu in the house again.

Aage phir kidnapping and Adi's focus should be on saving Imlie from that rather than AC/Malini ke faltu bechaargi naataks.....lol

I think this shart will play a part in kidnapping when Imlie goes missing everyone will assume she left herself after loosing court case

I still don't think Imlie will lose the overall case.....she may lose this round of the hearing again since evidence has been deleted. There may be another final hearing left to decide the outcome of the case.

And in the meantime they can all discuss who deleted the evidence and why.....it's still quite possible that AC did it since Malini was acting so panicky about Imlie ka confidence regarding saboot so she may have found a way to get to the evidence before it got to court.

She didn't look very surprised to hear about the video in court....Malini was the one who looked more panicked.

Didi could looked panicked as to whether it got deleted or not… she may have asked someone to do it as she can’t wonder freely around t house anymore.., assuming of course she has something to do with it
