Yes, Sam questioned V, he questioned didi, but now what? New dress, new day, same old drama. None of these issues are ever addressed and whatever is not so important na, we keep revolving around such things.

To answer your question, I feel that though their bond is the same upar upar se for everyone, it's not completely same. Like Samrat did say that he feel more apnapan towards Sai more than him na. So these two need to work on their relation, on their bond. Maybe that's the reason or to make it simple, writers didnt think in that way
