Agreed. Lying is actually worse than shouting because when one shouts, whatever he/she says, says on the face of the other. But when one lies, he/she has to keep on lying again and again to maintain that lie and it actually creates more cracks in a relationship.

However, businesses especially these 1%ers do commit tax fraud, generally, on the regular. It's illegal, but bc its finance, there's not much to do except get fined and be put into debt to repay. That's why its so "normal". I think thats all MF was really pointing out (at least before - I haven't checked MF out lately). But the story changed from tax evasion to customs evasion to diamond smuggling.

My country's last president was being investigated about this yet still managed to become president for 4 yrs so I can see why people see it as a "not serious" / "everyone does it"/ "whats the big deal" type of crime. But the crime itself has changed so it's all a moot point.

Oh I 10000% agree. He needs to do some serious apologizing, groveling, and improve his actions, etc etc. We'll get that, I'm sure. That is the purpose of this whole track and they've always been decent about making sure Raghav apologizes to Pallavi.

I just don't want them to skirt around the issue of how trigger happy that ACP is either. Bc of where I grew up - I'm highly sensitive to excessive police force. We'll have to wait and see how it unfolds though.
